A leading International Clinical Research Organisation is currently seeking a Clinical Data Manager (CDM)/ Clinical Programmer to join their company as a ‘Manager of Data Integration and Standardization,’ in their Dublin or Marlow office. This Fantastic role is ideal for a driven and motivated individual looking to take their career to the next level.

As the Manager of Data Integration and Standardization, your role will be to oversee the Data Integration and standardization activities for the European Biostatistics department. This will include monitoring the progress of the Data Integration personnel ensuring that all set assessments are completed in a timely manner. You will also take part in the development of standard Data Solutions, taking into consideration existing and emerging industry needs. As the main Data Integration and Standardization contact you will be expected to have a sound knowledge of CDISC (SDTM/AdaM) standards and experience designing CRF’s. Your technical Duties may include receiving, loading and verify external data structure, and developing and delivering SDTM, including trial design datasets and creating pooled analysis files.
In addition you will be expected to monitor the development of the Data Intergation employees, unsuring each individual achieves their full pontential within the company through personal development plans and regular appraisals.

Successful candidates should have a BSc in a Life Science/ Computer science or related discipline. Ideally 7 years experience as within a Clinical Research Organisation or Pharmaceutical company, preferably as a Clinical Data Manager or Clinical Programmer. Experience in a managerial position is essential, along with hands on experience designing and implementing clinical data solutions to CDISC standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also of advantage.
