COMMERCIAL MANAGER

As Commercial Manager, you will ensure that the commitments between the company and its customers are properly executed contractual arrangements so that business can be conducted in a timely and cost effective way.

Successful candidates will have an in-depth working knowledge of MoD contracting procedures and/or similar corporate requirements/contracting terms and conditions for commercial work. You will also have a strong appreciation of bid management and project/ system requirements/process and risk management in a similar environment. You will have broad experience of senior level high value/complex negotiations in a MoD contract related or commercial contracts/ bid proposal environment with an emphasis on major facility projects.

SENIOR BUYER

As Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the selection, implementation and management of the company’s Framework contractors.

Qualified to degree level or equivalent, you will have CIPS or some related and recognised professional qualification.

With a broad commercial/ purchasing background and experience of a wide range of contract types and of dealing with a foreign supplier base, you will have considerable experience operating at an equivalent level in a similar sized organisation dealing with a variety of complex capital equipment including building and civil contracting. v54

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

You will create, develop and maintain a robust supply chain of Engineering and Construction contractors, aligned within the overarching programme delivery strategy, sufficient to meet company programme needs efficiently, effectively and economically.
Qualified to degree level in Project Management or an Engineering Discipline, you will be a Chartered Engineer or a Member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply. v55
