A forward thinking, international Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) is looking for a Senior Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to join the team in their Berkshire office. The company are moving through an exciting growth phase and are already established globally.
The role of Senior Clinical Project Manager will involve full project responsibility for clinical studies, according to the companies SOPs, ICH-GCP and local regulations. Studies will be managed on an international level and also could involve acting as an overall manager of global studies, leading other Project Managers as required. The Senior Project Manager will work on department process improvement, work with the business development team and have overall budget responsibility.
To be considered and work as a Senior Clinical Project Manager (CPM) it is essential to have strong clinical operations experience. A medical, nursing, scientific or related qualification is also needed with experience managing international clinical trials. A superb understanding of clinical research phases and processes is required, along with leading study teams. Superb ICH-GCP knowledge is essential, with strong communication skills and flexibility.
